I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to downtown and very safe feeling. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including facilities to cook my own meals, which was such a convenience. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the common areas, like trash left around. Overall, a great value for the price.

5.0/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good, being a bit outside of Reno, close to the airport, and within walking distance of the riverwalk. However, the noise at night was a bit disruptive, and the pull-out bed in the room felt outdated. The staff was disrespectful at times, but the indoor pool was spacious and nice to use.

Rooms
5.0
The room had no towels, and the temperature outside the room was too hot. The TV was a good addition.
Service
5.0
The staff had no regards for us and even placed a ladder in an inconvenient spot near the elevator.

The breakfast options were downtown, and traditional meals seemed questionable.

8.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were cozy and conveniently located on the bottom floor with easy access to a private balcony. However, the initial issue with my reservation being canceled caused some inconvenience. The service was outstanding, with staff being incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great, offering a peaceful environment near the Truckee River, although a bit outside of Reno. The dining options were limited, but the ability to heat up meals in the room was a convenient feature.

Location

The hotel's location was peaceful near the Truckee River, offering a quiet retreat close enough to walk to the attractions. The distance from the busy city center was a nice change, and the area felt safe.
Dining
7.0
While the dining options were limited, being able to heat up meals in the room was a convenient feature. However, having more variety in the breakfast offerings would have been appreciated.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the private balconies available with some rooms.
